Peter Lindbergh, world famous German fashion photographer and film director has sadly passed away. Lindbergh has worked with some of the biggest publications, including Vogue, The New Yorker, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, Harper’s Bazaar US, and the Wall Street Journal Magazine. Lindbergh will be remembered for his stark, powerful black-and-white portraits of model and celebrities. He was also opposed to photo retouching. His most iconic image, is the January 1990 cover of the U.K. edition of Vogue. For that issue, he assembled Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Linda Evangelista, Tatjana Patitz, and Christy Turlington all casually looking into the camera. It was the first time the five of them appeared together and it ushered in a new era for supermodels. The five of them would later all reunite for George Michael’s “Freedom ’90” video.

Always loved his black and white fashion photography and his ability to portray all sorts of people. Specifically the magnificent supermodels of the 90s.

Rest in peace Peter.

Love the fashion with sleeveless blouses. It´s sophisticated, stylish and with a touch of sensuality when showing the bare shoulders.

If you are in Copenhagen during summer don´t miss out on the exhibition of fashion and portrait photographer Mario Testino at GL Strand. His work has featured internationally in magazines such as Vogue, V Magazine, Vanity Fair and GQ. He has also created images for brands such as Gucci, Burberry, Versace, Michael Kors, Chanel, Estée Lauder and Lancôme.

Love this fashion statement.

I have always loved short hair on girls. It´s just something special with that. Hoping the trend will come back.
