I cannot wait to see season 3 of “Babylon Berlin”!!!

Today Monty Python celebrates its 50th birthday! On the 5th October 1969, “Monty Python’s Flying Circus” first aired on BBC1 – going on to run for four series, spawning four original films, numerous live shows and several albums.

Reflecting on the legacy and approaching celebrations, the Pythons commented:

“Python has survived because we live in an increasingly Pythonesque world. Extreme silliness seems more relevant now than it ever was.”

Top beaut.

I can only warmly recommend the German crime-drama television series “Babylon Berlin” which is set in Berlin in 1929 during the Weimar Republic and follows Gereon Rath, a police inspector on assignment from Cologne who is on a secret mission… The series is the most expensive non-English language television drama series and co-directed by Tom Tykwer. This is a fantastic tv-show from all angles in my mind. Love it. See it! #BabylonBerlin

Seinfeld’s last episode aired 20 years ago today. #Seinfeld
