I have finally seen both seasons of ”The Boys”. This dark nihilistic superhero drama/splatter/comedy tv-show based on the comic books is something on the unique side. I love the angle of how superheros are described here, pointing partly to Alan Moore´s ”Watchmen” universe. Anything goes in ”The Boys” literally and there´s plenty of ”WTF?!” during both seasons. The element of surprise is there all the time, and it´s greatly done. The cast is solid with Karl Urban as Billy Butcher and Antony Starr as Homelander in the front and both put in fantastic performances. The cinematography and the CGI are top notch as well. I can only recommend ”The Boys”, but as said anything goes in this tv-show. You have been warned. I am really looking forward to season 3. #TheBoys

9/11

Till this day I still can´t comprehend the 9/11 attacks. I simply cannot take it in no matter now many times I see the horrific footage from World Trade Center that day. It goes beyond my mind that it actually happened. 20 years have passed and it still feels like yesterday. I am humbled to have been able to pay my deepest respect and condolences to those who perished that day at the beautiful 9/11 Memorial in New York 2018. My heart will always be with New York City. Stay strong.
